Processing Time

All orders are handmade and prepared with care.
Processing time is typically 2-4 business days before your order ships. During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or holiday volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address error is made, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal carrier, we want you to be happy with your experience.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

  • Mallory's Thread Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
